Assess Adult Day center is a community-based program designed to meet the needs of seniors by providing a safe environment.

Our vision

It is our vision to create an outstanding program that fosters learning through activities, recreations, and socialization. We will create an environment where all participants are able to be themselves creatively, while we meet their individual needs.

We are open to seniors that are dealing with:

  • Depression

  • Chronic Arthritis

  • Fibromyalgia

  • Orthopedic Limitations

  • Recovery from a stroke or brain injury

  • That need physical & mental exercise

  • That need socialization
