Enhanced Model

Intensive Model

This model includes structured activity programming, health assessments, supervision of all activities of daily living (ADLs), hands-on assistance with one or more ADLs (excluding bathing), hands-on assistance with medication administration, comprehensive therapeutic activities, intermittent health status monitoring, and hands-on assistance with personal hygiene. However, it does not encompass social work services, skilled nursing services, or rehabilitative services.

Building upon the enhanced model, the intensive model offers additional services such as regular health status monitoring with intervention, social work services, skilled nursing services, and rehabilitative and restorative services. It also includes hands on assistance with a minimum of two ADLs, including bathing.
